Recruitment administrator: work in Kyiv

We are a commercial structure of FOP Haidukov RA, and we have a vacancy for an initiative and responsible person who is ready to take on the organizational part of the work and is interested in development in the field of personnel management.

Your duties will include:

• Organization of the educational process.
• Management and moderation of social networks, creation and publication of content and vacancies.
• Receiving incoming calls and processing e-mails.
• Interaction with the personnel manager regarding the registration of new candidates and providing feedback.
• Receiving feedback from employed candidates.
• Ensuring efficient operation of the office.

Pedagogical or psychological education will be a big plus.

Working conditions:

• Working schedule from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 or from 10:00 to 18:00.
• Comfortable and modern office in the center of Kyiv (Livoberezhna) with air conditioning.
• The level of payment will be determined based on the results of the interview.
