SOFOSBUVIR — USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Sofosbuvir is an inhibitor of RNA-polymerase NS5B, which suppresses replication (reproduction) of the virus of hepatitis C. the new drug's direct antiviral action.
The drug acts directly on the hepatitis C Depobupivacaine the main stages in the reproduction of the virus. Used for the treatment of patients with the first, second, third and fourth genotype. To treat the first and fourth genotypes required the combination of Sofosbuvir with Peginterferon and Ribavirin, for the second and third – only with Ribavirin. The treatment regimen is modified depending on the presence of liver cirrhosis and how the patient responded to previous therapy.
Indications for use
A medicine used for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C in adults in combination with other antiviral drugs.
